Small room available in Richmond house share

Owing to a new job in a different part of the city, I'm moving out of this riverside flat, and my housemates will need someone to take my room.

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, shelves, and hanging space/clothes storage. There is also extra storage in the living room. It has a south-west facing window, so it gets plenty of sunlight. It's not the biggest room but has everything you need, and it's really cosy for the colder months.

The flat is pretty big -- we have a large living room, a large kitchen, a shower room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, with a separate WC as well. We also have access to a communal garden, shared with three other flats in the building. The people in the other flats are friendly too!

The flatmates are really great, a friendly bunch who enjoy spending time together. They are a British couple (mid-30s), a Polish girl and a Belgian girl (mid-20s to 30s). All work full-time in a variety of jobs. The other (most important!) flatmate is a wonderful German spitz dog. She belongs to the couple in the flat, who walk her and clean up after her etc. For whoever moves in, it's all love and minimal responsibility.

The flat is in a great area, a stones throw away from the river, and less than a minute walk from Lidl. The road has lots of nice places to eat and charity shops which always have great pickings. The bus stop is literal seconds from the flat, and it takes you to Richmond station (District line, London Overground, and National Rail to Waterloo). St Margaret's rail station is nearby too if you need to get to Twickenham, Kingston, or Wimbledon.

The £665 rent includes all bills -- council tax, water, gas, electric, internet, and a cleaner who comes once a week. To meet the agency's requirements, you'll need to be in employment, or you can have a UK guarantor. The agency are generally pretty good and responsive.
