Spacious double room in central Richmond flat

Double room available a few minutes walk from Richmond station. Right next to Waitrose, Gail's, Sainsbury's and lots of high street shops. Bus stops are also right outside the flat. The room is 700pcm and bills are approximately £200 on top of that.
There is a large living room and a small balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are small but perfectly sized for two people.

I'm a teacher so am out all day but I'm often in during the evening. An ideal flatmate would be someone who likes their personal space but is also happy to hang out. I'm not a big drinker, like to exercise a lot and get up early, so someone with similar interests/lifestyle would be perfect!
The room comes with a double bed, a bookshelf and a desk. There isn't a cupboard but there are IKEA clothes crates from my previous flatmate.

In August the contract for the tenancy will renew and the rent is likely to go up from £700.
