Beautiful 3 bedroom flat on Richmond hill

Hi 👋 looking for 2 professional girls to come join me in this bright, airy and beautifully located flat. My flatmates who I’ve grown to love are sadly either moving out to live with her boyfriend or to do her PhD.

🏡: It’s a 3 bed 2 bath flat, with 2 bedrooms becoming available at the end of our current tenancy. Located at the heart of Richmond — perfectly situated between the high street, Richmond Park, Richmond Hill, and Richmond station (all <15 min walk away).

🙋🏼‍♀️: The flatmate (me) staying is Alana (28), working in corporate sustainability. I’m sporty — often away skiing, sailing, or back home in Ireland open water swimming (and you’re more than welcome to join me for any of said hobbies). I also love music and art. I’m social so up for a movie night or hosting some lovely dinner parties, but also would need time on my own and respect the same for others. I have made this flat my home and hope for two lovely new flatmates who will too.

🛏️🚿: Room 1 is an en-suite, £1190 monthly excluding bills.
This room is gorgeous with a big window and views of our downstairs neighbour’s giant garden. As it’s tucked away in the back the flat, it’s the quietest room so it’s like your own little oasis. It comes with a big double wardrobe (pictured) and double bed.

🛏️: Room 2 is a double room, sharing a bathroom with 1 other (me!). £860 monthly excluding bills. The window faces out onto the street, but because it’s Richmond it’s always quiet and calm. It includes a double wardrobe and double bed, and our shared bathroom has a bathtub for days you need to hide out and unwind.

Bills come up to about £180 and includes WiFi, electricity/gas, water, council tax(band D) and a fortnightly cleaner. Council tax takes up the chunk of it, but if you’ve ever been to Richmond you’ll understand why — it’s one of the safest places to live in, and walking by the riverside on a spring/summer day makes life feel perfect 😍
