Comes partly furnished with a brand new bed, mattress and clothes rail. There is under bed storage space. The room looks out onto a peaceful woodland. A desk can be organised if needed.

- 5 min walk into richmond town & 10-15 min walk to station (district line, mainline services into London and reading)

- very idyllic picturesque part of London; it has the perfect balance of being surrounded by lots of beautiful nature whilst being close to the hustle of the city

ABOUT:
You would be sharing with myself; female, late twenties, works from home, friendly and tidy. I am renting this flat. Looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and respectful. I like to keep the place feeling homely and peaceful, so looking for someone who also wants to feel recharged here. I also dog sit a very well-behaved dog occasionally, so must be comfortable with this.

Rent is £1125 p/m excluding bills. Plus deposit. Tenancy 12 months
