Double room has French doors onto beautiful private (to the apartment) courtyard garden, great for a coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Large TV in room.

There is a border collie in the flat. Super friendly, so dog lover is important.

Kitchen and living area communal space and shared bathroom. The flat is split level, my bedroom is downstairs so it feels like there is plenty of room for a 2 bed property.

5 minute walk to Richmond Station with overground, district line and train. 10/15 minute walk to Richmond Park. 10 minute walk to river. Richmond is vibrant with an airy feel! 16 minute train to Waterloo.

I'm 43 with a young energy (don't we all think that!) and active with my dog, the gym, and sociable too! Apartment suited to someone friendly, who loves dogs.
