Bright double in lovely house w/ a garden

After nine years(!) I’m leaving this amazing house and lovely housemates. I’ve felt very lucky to call this place home and will be sad to say goodbye.

The Room & House
The house is a lovely 3-storey home with a bright lounge, conservatory and a small garden—perfect for BBQs in summer, sunbathing or even a fire pit in winter!

The room itself is a comfortable and bright double room. It comes with a bed/mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookcase and there's a small space for a desk in front of the window. The room is on the top floor at the back of the house so looks out over a nice view of the garden, and is next to the airing cupboard so gets that extra bit of warmth in the winter!

You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others (the 4th bedroom has its own en-suite) and there is a separate toilet downstairs too.

The house is in a private residential area, less than a 5-minute walk from Richmond Station and the High Street, with access via a private gate and key fob—so it’s super safe. The riverside, Richmond Hill, and Richmond Park are all within 10-20 minutes walk, so tonnes of incredible outdoor spaces for walks, runs and a sunset beer or two.

Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with three amazing people - Kerstin, Saira and Lauren. We have a nice mix of socializing and respecting each other’s space. We love movie nights, takeaways, drinks by the river and occasional pub trips but we also all do our own thing regularly too.

The practical bits
Rent: £915 - all bills, TV/Wifi and shared household items are all included in this (cleaning supplies, toilet rolls etc)
Deposit: £750 secured in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (+£50 non-refundable fee to join the contract)
Cleaner: Every 2 weeks (common areas + bedrooms!) all included in the price
Parking: permit parking available on the street

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find a friendly, professional woman late 20s/early 30s, so if you’re sociable and looking for a home rather than just a place to crash, drop us a message!

Move-In & Viewings
I can be flexible with move in dates between end of August - end of September. Ideally, we’re looking for someone long-term (at least a year), but if life happens, you’d just need to find a replacement.
