We have a lovely double room available in a friendly 3 bed flatshare right in the heart of Richmond. Fantastic location. Just a 5 minute walk to the station, River Thames and 15 mins to Richmond Park. 1 min away from Waitrose, and all shops and restaurants right on your doorstep!

It's a spacious flat with an open plan living and kitchen area with room for dining, a balcony and a really light and sunny aspect. The bedroom is a great size and comes with a double bed with drawers for extra storage, a large wardrobe and a desk/shelving unit.

Looking for a new female flatmate who is friendly, tidy and generally great to have around for a chat, glass of wine etc. but also has their own independent thing going on. Sharing with 2 nice and easy going professionals in our early 30s - I work in emergency services and my flat mate works as an account manager.

Our previous flatmate is moving in with her partner so the room is available from 25/05/26.

Rent is £825 per month plus £200 per month for bills including fast broadband, both of which we pay direct to the landlord.

Deposit is £1180.
