The flat is part of a gated community in Richmond 6 minutes from Richmond Park and about a 20 minute walk from Richmond station and a 10 minute walk to North Sheen station. There is also a bus that makes it to Richmond in 10 minutes allowing easy access to all of London.
The flat is a spacious and gorgeous with a balcony. It honestly is refreshly quiet and much safer than the rest of London.
We have a washing machine a bath/shower and two toilets.
The room is a single room but with a double bed and a surprising amount of storage under and around the bed.
I need someone who is an ally of LGTBQI people as one of my flatmates is trans and its important they feel safe and respected in the home.
There is a deposit of around £1600 I couldn't add it to the description.
