Looking for a new housemate for a double bedroom in a large stylish home in Richmond, only 5 minutes walk away from Richmond Station, the town centre (with a large Tesco, M&S and Waitrose) and a short 10 minute walk to Richmond Park.

My current housemate is having to leave as they are moving in with their partner. Hoping to find someone who is sociable and easy-going; you would be living with myself and one other girl - both super friendly! I work as a teacher and she works in marketing.

- The room has space for a small desk and other furniture. It comes unfurnished but there may be a possibility the current housemate would sell their bed frame and mattress.
- You would be sharing the whole upstairs of the house, including a modern bathroom.
- The room has a built-in closet and mirrors.
- The house is large and comfortable and has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - with plenty of room for working from home if needed.
- It also has an outdoor patio (as seen in the photos) which is lovely in summer.
- Bills are around £180-190/pcm, and include council tax, Sky TV and WiFi.
- There is on-street parking available if needed (permit required).
