We have a bright and cosy double room available in our charming flat in Richmond, just a short walk from the river and all the lovely cafes, pubs, and parks the area is known for. It's a super chilled, friendly house share, and we’re looking for a female aged 25–30 to join us. ✨
🛏 The Room
The room is unfurnished with room for a double bed, bedside table and shelves— plus there's a separate walk-in wardrobe that comes with the room! It’s ideal for anyone who needs a little extra storage space
👯‍♀️ The Flatmates
You'll be living with 1 girl and 2 guys:
* A 25-year-old girl who works as a Nurse-friendly, enjoys hanging out with friends and a good yap/glass of wine.
* A 28-year-old guy who works in payments – sociable, enjoys the gym and loves travelling.
* A 29-year-old guy working in data management – easygoing, enjoys cooking and always on the go!
We’re a sociable bunch — we like to cook together from time to time, grab drinks at the pub, or watch tv. But we also respect each other’s space and are totally happy doing our own thing.
🏡 The Vibe
The flat is relaxed and homely, with a clean and tidy atmosphere. We're looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful and clean/tidy. We all work full time and are ideally looking for a professional-not WFH (sorry no students!) to join us.
💸 Rent & Bills
* Rent is £474.50 per month (an absolute steal for Richmond!)
* Bills come to around £100–£120 extra (council tax, energy, internet etc.)
