Double room in Richmond

Hi there! We're two girls in our late 20's looking for a last minute flatmate to join our lovely home. We have a cat and a rabbit, so hope you don't have allergies.
We're moving in by the 25th of October and it's a 3 year contract.
The room is a nice double room, 4x4,3 ish metres, double glazing windows through the house, has a nice window and heating.
There's 2 bathrooms so we gonna share them all, whatever suits you most works for us.
There's a living room, and we also have some of our own furniture so I'm sure we can arrange something if you need it. The kitchen is nice, with new appliances and a great dish washer! (I know, I was excited too).
The bills and council aren't included.

About us: we're two friends, Lucía is a spanish MakeUp artist and I'm an interpreter for the NHS. We're 28 and 27 years old. Love nature, spend time together, have a drink out or a chill night in. I love cooking and she loves to eat, so a perfect match hahaha. I'm into gardening so the house is going to be out little jungle 🧡. If you have any more questions please let me know.
