A spacious double room available in a lovely, bright flat right in the heart of Richmond, on Hill Street just a minute from the bridge and the river. Everything you need is on your doorstep – cafés, restaurants, shops and Richmond Station all just a short walk away.

The room itself is big, full of natural light and comes unfurnished, though there’s currently a double bed you can choose to keep or replace (it would just need to be removed at the end of the tenancy if still there). There’s plenty of space for your own furniture and to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing with two professional guys in their 30s – both easy-going, tidy and respectful. We both enjoy cycling and keeping active. One of us is an ex-ICU nurse who now has a cushty work from home job. One of us works in football. Ideal new housemate will be someone who does not also work from home. We’d love someone who’s clean, considerate and generally easy to live with – someone who treats the place like a home and helps keep it nice.

The flat is large, comfortable and has a nice relaxed feel, with a proper kitchen, big living area, shared bathroom and all the usual bits like a washing machine, Wi-Fi and heating.
