Small Double Room in Richmond Riverside Flat

Hello! We have a room becoming available in our flat next to Richmond riverside. The room is a small double, with some built in shelving and a rail to help with storage. The occupier of the room will also have use of a wardrobe that is kept in the living room. The room is unfurnished, but I have a divan bed and mattress that I am happy to sell on - these were bought new in May 2025.

I have added pictures of the room from when the tenant before me lived here as my set up is a bit chaotic! I have also added a more recent picture of the room from when I moved in, in May, too.

The flat comprises of a spacious kitchen and living room, main bathroom with full bath/shower, single toilet room, as well as a separate shower room and separate additional toilet.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls who all work full-time - two of us generally work 9-5, and one of us works in hospitality so has later finishing shifts. We’re sociable and spend time together in the living room, but everyone always feels like they have enough of their own space.

Richmond Station is a 10-15 minute walk over the bridge, or St Margarets is also accessible in 15 minutes in the other direction. We have a Lidl less than a minute walk away, and Richmond centre has a Waitrose, M&S and Tesco too! We also have a bus stop outside that links you to Hounslow/Isleworth/Twickenham/Heathrow.

We are hoping to conduct viewings on the evening of the 4th or morning of the 6th of December, to have a move in date of the 10th December.

Our bills are generally around £120 a month each - which includes WiFi, water, electric/gas, TV license and council tax (band E).
