You will also have use of a large garage—perfect for anyone with bikes, boxes, or extra belongings that wouldn’t fit in a standard room let. There is ample space for multiple items and easy access both from inside the house and directly from the street. As a corner property, you can pull up right outside the garage for effortless loading.

There is a small patio garden with a table and chairs arriving shortly. The house benefits from direct access between the house and garage and is flooded with natural light throughout.

The location is exceptional: a short stroll to Richmond Hill, Richmond Station, and the town centre. The house is situated in one of Richmond’s most desirable areas, The Alberts, known for its friendly community of young professionals and families. Two country pubs sit at the end of the street, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Richmond Park’s Cambrian Road entrance is just a five-minute walk away—one of the most beautiful parks in the UK.

The kitchen is a cosy country-style space designed for cooking rather than dining, as there are two separate rooms for eating and relaxing. It includes a double oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ample storage, and access to the patio.

Downstairs features wood flooring and lovely old pine doors throughout. Upstairs is newly carpeted in a neutral, cosy tone.

The Room
The room available is a small double, currently furnished with a single bed but easily accommodates a double bed while still leaving space for a chest of drawers and a large desk. There is a built-in wardrobe with generous hanging space and organised storage for clothes and accessories.

I’m very flexible regarding tenancy: Monday–Friday lets, full 7 day stays, or short lets are all considered. All bills are included.

You’ll be sharing with me, my sleepy whippet, and my 10-year-old son.
