Double Room in Richmond Cottage with Patios

Great sized double room with fitted double wardrobe and sink in a lovely Richmond home with front and back patios and a cat called Noah! We are a 5 minute walk to Richmond station, near the green and a 10 minute walk to the river and park.

Your room comes unfurnished but we can talk about that if you need something. Also the move in date is due to be 13th March but if you need to move in before this can be discussed.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and my friend is moving out to her own place. I work in media and am freelance, working from home sometimes so it has worked well having someone who works out of the house full time so am looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

I love to go on long river walks, paddle board, Pilates, swimming, out and about with a healthy social life but I’m very chilled around the house, it’s definitely a lovely sanctuary away from the bustle of work/London life. I have Noah the cat who is very friendly but follows me around the house so will give you your peace too.

So yes in conclusion looking for someone who is also looking to have a chilled home environment and is happy to have a chit chat but also has their own independent life outside of the house.

Bills come to around £250 each per month that includes all bills like internet, water, council tax etc. I have no cleaner at the moment we have just taken it in turn to do the clean each week but I would be open to talking about a cleaner if preferred.

Open to a Monday-Friday let too and I pay for higher portion of the bills again this can be discussed and we can come up with an agreement on this.
