1 min to the riverside
10 mins to St Margarets village

The household:
Friendly professional couple with two children — a warm family home. We have two children (aged 10 and 8), so the house is lively in the mornings but quiet by the time they are in bed at 8pm.

A clean, reliable professional, ideally office-based most weekdays.

Rent:
£1,250 pcm (Mon–Fri, all bills included)
£1,400 pcm (full time, all bills included – by agreement)
