Beautiful room in friendly flat - Richmond💕

Hello!! I am very sad to be leaving this beautiful flat and room behind, and I hope the next person enjoys it as much as I have. I am only moving out because I have been offered a new job outside of London.

About the flat - The rent and bills come to £768 per month, which I’ve found to be a steal for the location and the quality of the flat. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great living room and kitchen, and is absolutely huge. The bedroom is beautiful and I’m happy to leave all the furniture pictured for £150. The bed is very comfortable and there’s loads of storage space. The deposit is £500, to be paid to the letting agency.

The flat is located in the heart of Richmond right next to the river. It’s about a 10 min walk to Richmond station which has amazing links to the city centre via the District Line, Mildmay Line, and the overground SW trains. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat with great links too.

The current flatmates are: Caitlin (29 - teacher), Craig (24 - climate scientist), Rick (28 - chiropractor) and me (27 - working in local government). Everyone gets on really well and is friendly, the flat is relaxed and inclusive. We hang out in the kitchen, watch films sometimes and go bowling/ for drinks occasionally! We respect eachothers need for space but like to have fun together too. I’ve never lived with nicer/ easier flatmates. Rick is also moving out as he’s moving to Portugal, so there will be two new lovely flatmates 🥳.
