Room available 5 minutes from Richmond Station

I’m moving into a different room in our four bed house, so mine is now available from 20th July!

I’m replacing Kerstin who is sadly leaving us to live the dream of a solo flat after five years here. We are Sophie, Saira and Nista with ages ranging 28 to 31.

We all do a mix of wfh & commuting and the house is mostly very quiet as it’s our peaceful haven with busy lives. We’re usually all out and about a lot but tend to catch up in the living room over dinner and try to socialise when we get time together!

Rent and bills is £940 per month which includes Sky & streaming services plus a cleaner twice a month + household bits.

We like to keep all communal areas super clean and tidy. I’m moving into an ensuite room, and the main bathroom is shared between three. We have a downstairs toilet, a conservatory, a garden, and plenty of storage space. By the time of viewings we will have added some nice new furniture and redesigned the living room ☺️

We’re on a quiet residential street but with the added bonus of a five minute private path to Richmond Station through our estate.

Clapham Junction: 8 min train
Waterloo: 20 min train
