Our intention is to curate a community of like-minded young professionals. We have three separate clusters that can cater to everyone.

Ground floor — a selection of private en-suite shower rooms finished in large-format porcelain with matte-black fittings

First floor doubles — female residents — 3 doubles sharing one bathroom, high-spec finish

Second floor doubles — male residents — 3 doubles sharing one bathroom, high-spec finish

The house is organised across three self-contained cluster floors, each with its own kitchen and shared facilities. The first and second floor doubles are gender-segregated, offering a more comfortable, private living environment for those who prefer it.

Every room includes:
- Engineered oak flooring and wardrobe
- Real wood ottoman storage bed with hotel-grade mattress
- Vessel sink and luxury vanity unit
- LED mirror
- Desk and chair
- Keypad entry, no keys required for rooms

House facilities:

- Fully fitted kitchen on each floor with induction hob and integrated appliances
- Maximum you will share with 2 other individuals a bathroom of the same sex
