We're a group of (5) friendly, respectful professionals and are ideally looking for a like-minded housemate who is also working full-time. Our household is a mix of nationalities and proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly - we're hoping to find someone kind, considerate, and easy to live with who will feel right at home with us.

Location 🗺️

The house is beautifully situated just across the river from Richmond High Street, on a quiet, leafy residential street. It's a 5-10 minute walk to St Margaret's station and around 20 minutes to Richmond station, with excellent connections via South Western Railway, Overground, and the District line into central London.

The House 🏡

We have both on-street and driveway parking available, as well as a lovely garden with plenty of seating - perfect in the warmer months. We also have a cleaner who comes every Saturday morning to take care of the communal areas (kitchen, living room, porch, and stairs), and we all make an effort to keep things tidy day-to-day.

A generous bottom floor double room filled with natural light from an elegant bay window overlooking leafy gardens. Featuring warm hardwood flooring, a fireplace, built-in shelving, and plenty of space for a desk and additional storage under the bed.

The bathroom is shared with just two other housemate on the first floor.

£1,100 per month (excluding bills).
