The flat is shared with two professional female tenants, and the landlord does not live on the premises. This room is ideal for someone with a busy lifestyle who values peace, privacy, and a calm home environment. The room is for one person only.

The bedroom is spacious and airy, with blackout blinds on the balcony doors and windows for a peaceful night’s sleep. Please note that the bedroom door does not have a lock due to the fire-exit route passing through the room. However, there is a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space to keep your belongings neatly organised.

You will have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. A professional cleaner comes once a month to clean the shared areas (kitchen, hallway and bathroom). If you wish to have your personal room cleaned as well, this can be arranged for a small additional fee. Everyone in the flat is tidy and respectful, and we expect the shared areas to be left clean after each use.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure building with a lift. It is a quiet, well-kept home — no parties, no loud noise, and it suits someone who appreciates a peaceful environment.
