Cosy double bedroom with balcony in Richmond

Cosy quiet, light & airy double bedroom. Situated in desirable Richmond with the River Thames & Richmond Park and hight street, cafes, transport, gym all 10/15 minutes walk.
I'm offering a spacious airy double bedroom in the spare bedroom of my flat, the room has a double bed, but I only offer the room to one person.
You can use the kitchen and all the facilities. You have use of a shared bathroom. kitchen and bathroom and hallway will be cleaned by professional cleaner every couple of weeks. if you like to have the cleaner clean your room, you must add some additional payment. we care about the cleanness of shared area and we spend couple of minutes task to clean shed area after each use.
My flat is located on the 3rd floor of a block , and it has the lift.
I am generally pretty relaxed, you will receive your own key on arrival and can come and go as you, but please be considerate. No parties please.
