This is a private residential property. I am the property owner and I live on the ground floor with my family. There are three rooms on the first floor which I let. There is a small separate kitchen, shared by the three rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and a washer dryer. A quiet and peaceful household, suited to mature professionals.
