Double Room in Friendly Richmond Hill Flat

Hi,

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat on Richmond Hill, our current flatmate has just bought her own place and is moving on. 

You'd be living with myself and Soph, two easy-going professionals in our mid-thirties who both work in PR and marketing. Between my three days a week in Central London and Sophie mostly working from home, we've got a nice mix of company and quiet, sociable without being in each other's pockets.

We love catching up over a glass of wine or a pint at the Red Cow or The Marlborough, cooking, keeping active and making the most of everything Richmond has to offer. That said, this is a relaxed home rather than a party house, so we're ideally looking for someone who feels the same. The room is single occupancy only - sorry, no couples.
 
The Location - One of the best things about living here is genuinely the location. You're moments from the Richmond Hill viewpoint, a short walk from Richmond Park and the area is brilliant for fitness - BARCH Richmond and Third Space are both nearby, along with several boutique pilates/yoga studios.

Costs
Monthly rent covers all bills; this includes a weekly cleaner who takes care of all communal areas every Thursday. 

Moving In
The room is available from 16th July 2026. We're flexible on viewings and would love to meet you over the coming weeks.
