Peaceful Garden Home in Richmond – Double Room

I'm looking for a lovely, responsible lodger or couple to share my peaceful two-bedroom home in Richmond.

It's technically a live-in landlord arrangement, however my work requires me to travel, so I am looking for someone who will take care of my home with respect and appreciate the calm peaceful space.

The house is beside beautiful Richmond Park and has a private garden, so it's ideal for those who enjoy peace, nature and a relaxed environment.

The rent for the room is £2,500 per month. There is one shared bathroom (although I won't be around for much of the time). A one-month deposit and one month's rent in advance are required, and the minimum stay is three months.

As part of the process, references, together with proof of income or other evidence that the rent is comfortably affordable (such as employment details or recent bank statements), are essential. This is simply to ensure it's the right arrangement for both of us from the outset.
