I don’t mind who takes over my tenancy whether they are students or not. The rent is actually 687.50 a month. Our energy bill is about 68£, our wifi is about £10.
My tenancy ends on the 8th September but need someone to replace me on the contract before then, you can ask to stay longer if you would like.
Our flat is the top floor flat
My room is one of the biggest rooms and is facing the back side of the flat, its right next to the kitchen which the bathroom is next to that.
The bed is a double bed.
The high street and nearest station is 10-15 minutes from you by bus, kingston is about half hour by bus. And you can walk to richmond park that may take 10-15 minutes
Uo the road from your flat, is a Sainsbury's if you need groceries but uber/delivery services do deliver to you
I still have the key but i will come meet whoever is replacing me to drop it to them.
