The House

We’re in a bright, spacious two-storey flat on Richmond Hill, just a 10-minute walk from Richmond Station (District Line, Overground & South Western Railway). Richmond Park and the Terraces are also just 5 minutes away.

The flat has:

5 bedrooms (4 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
2 bathrooms
A cosy sitting room
A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer
Large windows throughout, making the whole place very bright
Parking available with a permit, or free nearby/6pm–10am

A big top-floor double room, fully furnished with:

Double bed

Great storage (large wardrobes)
Loads of natural light

The housemates

You’ll be sharing with 4 lovely young professionals:

A couple downstairs (25 - charity sector; 26 - marketing)
Two upstairs female housemates (25 - events; 23 - fashion)

We’re a relaxed, homey and sociable bunch, but we all have our own lives too.
We’re clean and respectful, with a weekly cleaning rota, and we keep things quiet after 10:30pm during the week. You’ll also be living with Cleo, our cat!

Who we’re looking for a young professional (24–30) who is:

Sociable but independent
Clean and respectful
Values a calm home on work nights
Likes cats
Up for the occasional dinner, drink or coffee.

Bills: £160 p/month include : council tax, electricity, water, gas and internet

Landlord will manage the SpareRoom comms but viewings will be managed by us.
