On and off-street parking is available. The house has a land line and broadband.
There is currently one girl and two guys in the property all young professionals who have recently moved in.
The house is in a lovely location, right next to Richmond Park, and Ham common and a mile from the River. 2 miles from Richmond train station and tube, so about 10 mins from Richmond station on a bus, and 10-15 mins on the fast train to Waterloo. The 24 hour-65 bus also goes right past the house.
The room is ã700 which includes ã50 for council tax per month. The rest of the bills are not included and average around ã30pcm for gas/heating etc.
There is also a cleaner at £27. 50 pcm. who currently comes fortnightly.
One thing to note; this would be a minim two month contract then with a rolling month by month contract. The house is on the market but has only just gone on so could take some time to sell. It's likely that the tenant would be able to be a resident for up to six months to a year, but should the property be sold, two months notice would be standard.
