Me and my current flatmate are looking for a new flatmate to replace someone leaving.
We're both quite active in sports and enjoy walks in Richmond park regularly.
We love to socialise together in the living room as much as chilling in front of the TV.
The room is available either in 'double bed +wardrobe' mode or 'single bunk bed + wardrobe+ more storage + desk and room to work from home', whatever your specific needs are!
This is for a one year contract, but you can leave early as long as you find a suitable replacement.
Parking inside the residence can be added for a fee.
Bills are usually around £150/£200 per month. (Council tax, professional cleaner once a week, utilities, TV license, WiFi)
