The flat is located 10 mins walk from Richmond Park in a very green, quiet well managed estate with landscaped communal gardens and a relaxing pond/lake, both perfect for summer picnics. The room is bright with 2 double glazed windows with blinds fitted in and spacious at 13 square metres.
It will come with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, double bed, sofa, own fridge/freezer and a bookcase as well as optional small folding desk/table and a double bed. The flat has everything you need and I'm happy to share things if you tell me what you need, that's the whole point.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM
There is a beautiful fully equipped sit-down kitchen with all modern amenities and equipment available for your use. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Bathroom is also spacious, has a large bathtub as well as separate shower cabin.
ADDITIONAL INFO
All the bills are included in the rent. That covers heating, hot water, ultra fast Virgin broadband 250mbps internet, tv licence, council tax, water, and electricity. I am also throwing in my streaming services netflix and prime video.
There is free parking available. The flat is located 10-15 mins walk from Richmond station with district line, overground and national rail available providing easy access to the city as well as local buses.

I am looking for a nice, respectful and clean flatmate to share this beautiful home with. Someone who enjoys the quietness of the estate, huge green communal grounds, and the buzz of Richmond. This is the most incredible place and I am sure the right person will be very happy here.

I'm a 34 years old professional. I'm friendly, considerate and clean. I am sociable but also really need my space so equally love a chat and a board game in the kitchen but often spend time in my own space or out.
There is one female cat living in the flat with me and she is very well behaved and friendly.
