Loft Extension with ensuite in Ham, Richmond

We are looking for a lodger for our gorgeous loft extension in leafy Ham.
The room is furnished and has an ensuite, juliette balcony, nook with a TV in it, good wifi, double bed with storage drawers, built in wardrobe space, desk, dining table, mini fridge, mini kettle and a microwave.

It is a family home - I live here with my husband and teenage son.

The lodger will also have shared use of the kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, and their own separate fridge and food storage space within the kitchen.

There is covered bike storage in the front garden.

You can reach Richmond Station or Kingston Station by bus or bike within 25 minutes (buses are 371 and 65). Trains from Richmond take 20 minutes to Waterloo. It is a short walk over the foot bridge to Teddington. Ham is a quiet residential area surrounded by the green space of the Ham Lands, The Thames and Richmond Park. There are good food shops, cafes and takeaways close by.

Please note, the loft room ceiling is 6 foot 6"/ 198cm high and the staircase up to the loft is fairly steep and curves around.
