We’re looking for a new flatmate (female only, professional 30s -40s) in a cute TW10 (heart of Richmond SW London), 3 bedroom property. Available March 14th✨ minimum 12 months.
🛏️The room: small double, comes furnished (bed, mattress, chest of drawers) plus large built in wardrobe! super cozy and bright!
💷Rent: £700 including bills (absolute steal)
💷Deposit: first months rent upfront
📍Location: 15- 20 min walk to North Sheen station or 20 min walk to Richmond station both will direct links to Putney, Clapham junction and Waterloo. District and overground also available at Richmond station. Lots of bus routes that you can get from the top of the road too (5 min walk)
🏡The flat: Large living room and dining area, large bathroom and a small but mighty kitchen. We have the luxury of a patio area and small garden too which is great in summer!
The flat is located on a private estate and private road which is lovely and quiet!
There is a local high street which has small supermarkets, coffee shops, gym, bakeries, restaurants and cute little shops to explore. Sainsbury’s is a 10 min walk away and if you want to explore there are plenty of places to explore in Richmond plus a local pool with outdoor swimming too! Richmond park is also on our doorstep! 🌳

I’m an Occupational Therapist (don’t worry, you don’t have to know what that is) and I enjoy cooking, running, Netflix, exploring London, coffee trips and I have to confess that I love a good jigsaw puzzle!
My flatmate Liliana enjoys exploring Richmond park, chilling, good TV and London adventures. Liliana has lived in the flat for 5 years.
🏠 it would be great to have a friend who is not just a flatmate. Always open to exploring or grabbing a coffee!
