Cosy room in Richmond, with plenty of storage, double bed and amazing views from the room and the roof terrace.

All bills are included, including council tax, gas electric etc, wifi and a twice monthly cleaner. There are no agency or admin fees to pay. I repeat NO ADMIN FEES.

Our flat is sunny and welcoming and boasts a lovely roof terrace with stunning views across London. There is a large communal sitting room to relax in and a good sized bathroom with a bath and a good shower.

The galley-style kitchen has all the usual - electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. - and plenty of storage space.

The flat is in a great location being only 10 minutes' walk from Richmond station where you can take the District Line into town or hop on the overground and be at Waterloo in 20mins. The bus station is easily accessible with regular buses running to Kingston, Ham and beyond.

Beautiful deer-filled Richmond park is just 5 minutes' walk up the hill and we also have a great, baker, small Sainsbury's and off license round the corner. Head down the hill for 5 minutes and you reach Richmond's famous riverside and the town with its picnic-perfect green and many pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Free on-street parking is available about 5 minute's walk from the flat or you can buy a permit and park right outside.

You will be sharing with 2 easygoing flatmates, one male, one female (not a couple) who are both professionals. We are sociable and enjoy a meal or drink out and about in the local area, sporting activities, cooking, trips out to museums and galleries, comedy and music.
