Large Bright master ensuite with double basin, large shower and separate bath and walk in wardrobe. Room comes with king size bed, bed side cabinets, coffee table, desk, fridge, kettle and toaster. The room is on the top floor of my two storey house and over looks Richmond Park (great views). Minutes walk from number 65 and 371 bus stop, Richmond Park, River Thames and Petersham Nurseries. The house has wifi, washing machine and off street parking. I live with my NZ husband, 9 year old son one other lodger and my super friendy=ly 11 year old bitch cockapoo. We are a very quiet, clean and friendly family which needs to be respected. You will need to provide bedding, towels and toilet paper and be responsible for your own laundry. The room will be cleaned once a week by my cleaner.

You will only have access to your room and not the rest of the house.

I am looking ideally for a very clean and quiet individual. Due to the fact that this is my family home and I have a young son to look after I need someone to be respectful of my situation. We take our shoes off at the front door and keep the house as clean as possible.

If you don’t have your own bedding and towels I can provide these at £50 which is for the professional cleaning of them at the end of your stay. This can be taken from the deposit of £500.

We are trying to rent out the house which is why it is being rented on a weekly basis.
