The house is currently occupied by my energetic, generous, elderly work-at-home Pakistani dad and 3 flatmates. My Filipino mum is a live-in nurse who works in Central London and who visits for a few days per week.

The double rooms are roughly 14 x 11 foot (170 x 130 inches).

All rooms are partially furnished with wardrobes/drawers and the base of a bed. It is highly advisable that the lodger buy their own mattress that meets their sleeping needs.

The Tenant also has full access to the bathroom/toilet upstairs, the garden and the ground floor kitchen.

ALLERGY: The property also houses two cats. Please ensure that you do not have any cat allergies and have no issues with curious furry pets.

TRAVEL
Queens Hospital can be reached in 19 minutes by a single bus 128 or a 5 minute drive.

We are right on the A12 which takes you straight into Central London, Chelmsford and a 10 min drive to the M25 Motorway Junction 28 &29.

We are 20 minute walk to Romford Rail. We are also right on the 252 bus stop (2 min walk) that takes you to
Romford Rail Station within 7 minutes. Romford Rail includes the Express Train to Stratford + Liverpool Street as well as the Elizabeth Line.

Newbury Park Station (Central Line) is 15 min bus ride (bus stop itself is only 5 mins from house).

SHOPPING
We have a retail park made up of various shops and cafes including Aldi, Burger King, Home Bargain, Costa Coffee 5 mins walk away.

We are 10 min walk into Romford Shopping centre and Romford Market.

We also have two Tesco Expresses, both 7 minute walk away.
