Modern three bedroom house with Garden, the house is well presented with large family bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC, a lqrge living room, conservatory, seperate kitchen and driveway providing parking for two cars

The area:
the house is located in a strategic area, in particular for the summer season. The lovely Raphael park is down the road, 5 minutes drive/bus
to Romford train station, Romford town centre, and all the cool bars and amenities of romford.

The house is about 10 minutes drive to queens hospital.
