Built in Annexe to our family home. This is in the style of a bedsit, own entrance door to side gate with Kitchenette, en-suite and shared Utility Room (specific days). Bills, complimentary Wifi and some pre agreed access each week to Utility included. Services included: Bi-Weekly cleaning of en-suite if required.
Close to multiple bus links, local shops, take-aways, laundrette within walking distance. Short bus ride to Romford shops and Train station (Elizabeth Line). Good links to Newbury Park underground (Central Line). Good links to Queens Hospital and King George’s Hospital. (Direct bus to queens 10 mins). NHS worker would be preferred but all clean, tidy and respectful Professionals welcome to apply.
Nice quiet road with free parking in bays on the road.
Single adult occupancy only.
Non smokers and no pets allowed.
As this is a family home, we are looking for a peaceful lodger to share with, who respects that we have children to consider when offering this Annexe.
