Close to multiple bus links, local shops, take-aways, laundrette within walking distance. Short bus ride to Romford shops and Train station (Elizabeth Line). Good links to Newbury Park underground (Central Line). Good links to Queens Hospital and King George’s Hospital. NHS worker would be preferred but all clean, tidy and respectful Professionals welcome.
Nice quiet road with free parking in bays on the road.
Single occupancy only.
Non smokers and no pets allowed.
As this is a family home, we are looking for a peaceful lodger to share with, who respects that we have children to consider when offering this Annexe.
