This is a newly developed modern apartment tucked away from the hustle and bustle of lively Romford, with a 5min walk to the Elizabeth Line, Overground and Greater Anglia trains as well as plenty of buses into London locations, Essex and beyond. Only a few minutes walk to local parks, shopping centres, Gyms, cinema and restaurants to name a few. Nice and diverse area with Caribbean, Asian, Italian, Greek, African, English and Polish restaurants and shopping outlets in a vibrant part of East London which still has a local market and Ice skating venue and theatres!

New appliances, fully furnished (see photos) with a comfortable and quality air bed. Mirrored sliding wall for multiple entry to bedroom and a spacious bathroom/toilet. Whole flat available to you as I will be away 99.9% of the time. There may be odd days I may need the living room space to tape for auditions or need to sleep overnight (on the sofa) to get closer to filming location for work, however this would be rare and with advance notice.

It's a great area to live in, good neighbours and with multiple transport links /night buses so I hope you enjoy your stay!

Keep clean and DO NOT TOUCH/USE ANYTHING LEFT BY OWNER/LANDLORD THAT DOESNT BELONG TO YOU without prior permission apart from general utensils/furniture***

*For short stays under two weeks you will have one side of a wardrobe while I store some belongings. The bedroom and flat will be yours. I will require a week's rent upfront deposit or prepayment in full if under 2weeks.
