I have this lovely flat available from end of this month onwards. The apartment is in a quiet block and within short walking distance to The Brewery and Romford town centre and Romford station giving easy access to central London.

I am looking for single professionals to live here. Happy to take a couple for Room 1 at extra cost.
Unfortunately due to Insurance purposes I cannot accept anyone that is in receipt of DSS/ universal credit.

Room 1 - 1000pcm (1300pcm for couples)

Room 2 - 900pcm.

IMPORTANT

Will need work (for affordability) and landlord references which I will arrange. Students will need UK based guarantors. Non UK people will need a share code for Right to rent checks.

After viewing the property if you wish to go for it you will need to pay a one week holding deposit to reserve the room. Once all checks have been carried out and tenancy agreement signed you will need to pay one months rent in advance plus a 5 week deposit (listed on the ad) minus the one week holding deposit you have already paid.
