Beautiful, modern, double bedroom in Romford

Recently (and beautifully!) modernised house with all the facilities you'd need (WiFi, shower, loo, kitchen, conservatory). Double bedroom is fully furnished with a plenty of storage space and fundamentally well maintained. Beautiful farm views from the bright conservatory, shared space kitchen and dining room and spacious garden with lots of outdoor storage as well.

Current lodger will be moving out by 1st October so the room will be available from then on. I'm happy to say that the current lodger will attest that I'm a very fair Landlord, giving lots of notice and making adjustments whenever requested/ needed.

Only about a 30 min walk (8 min drive) to Romford Station which then has access to Elizabeth line & fast train via Greater Anglia running throughout central London. 11 mins drive (25 min bus) to Newbury park station (central line, including 24h night tube). 10 min drive to Queens Hospital (Romford) and a 10 min drive to King George Hospital (Ilford).

You will have your own dedicated bathroom incl shower, toilet, sink and more storage space! It's basically an en suite but located in the corridor).

I will be the only other tenant, I live on the upstairs floors, whilst sharing the communal space downstairs with you: the kitchen/ dining/ living room, garden and conservatory. So there's lots of space and privacy.

I, myself, am clean and polite. I am a sociable introvert, I'm probably out of the house 60% of the time (either at work, or with friends & family) and I have friends over maybe once a month or so, usually only small gatherings of one or two people at a time. I'm not a big drinker nor partier (God... reading this back I'm pretty boring aren't I ?! 😅 ) so the house will always be peaceful and friendly.

Looking forward to welcoming someone who's like minded. I have no problem/ preference around gender, orientation, ethnicity etc

Although I love animals/ pets, I can't host them.
