Hi hope you're well. I have a bright, cosy room available from the 5th of October 2026. This is a ground floor room which comes with an en-suite for your own private use, a shower, toilet and sink. The house which is maintained to a high standard, is situated in a cul-de-sac, a very peaceful, friendly residential area. This is a pet-free and non-smoking home.

You will have full access to the following:
• Modern kitchen. Fully integrated with a gas cooker.
• Washing machine and tumble dryer
• Unlimited Wi-Fi
• Outdoor garden
• Free parking on the drive
• All bills included

An orthopaedic bed with bedding, blankets, bedside table are provided. A microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster have been placed for your own pleasure and convenience. There is a large wardrobe and central heating.

The nearest bus stop (86) is a minute walk away. Closest stations are Chadwell Heath and Romford where the Elizabeth line runs.
Local shops (a walk away) include a post office, cafes, fish and chips, salon and dry cleaners. Although nearby is a high street and Romford Shopping Centre.
