Hey,

Have a small single room available for rent in a quiet area of Romford. The house is spacious with plenty of share communal space.

The house has two male tenants already living at the house. The house is very respectful, and all tenants are extremely neat and tidy and considerate of other Housemates. Please only enquire if you have a similar ethos.

The room if furnished with brand new ikea furniture including a single bed, double chest of drawers and rail for hanging closes. There is also under bed storage.

The house is very spacious, and would want any housemate to feel as though it was their home too. The street is really quiet. Friendly neighbours. There is a parking space on the drive and plenty of on street parking. There is a small garden.
Upstairs and downstairs toilet. One shared bathroom/shower upstairs.

Rent includes all bill.

There is a private driveway and plenty of street parking available.
