Spare box/single room to rent

Hi I have a single room/box room for rent. The room will come with a bed and a mattress however your own duvet and bedding will need to be supplied by yourself. Additionally food can be heated in the kitchen via the microwave however to have access to cook using the stove will be an additional cost and to have meals cooked by myself everyday, will be an additional cost but it will be fair and reasonable to pay for gas and Ingredients. As listed ,you don’t need to pay for bills such as water electricity or gas. In the home ,there lives 2 children and 3 adults however everyone in the home is of mature age as both children are teenagers and about to be adults so the house is a calm and not hetic
