Lodgers needed to rent a Single Room and Double Room in Romford, near Queens Hospital.
Me and my wife and my sister are moving out of a shared accommodation in Romford. We are living with a Male Live-In Landlord in his personal home.
The Landlord requires a Female for the Single Room and a Couple or 2 Females for the Double Room to replace us. We are departing Lodgers helping to fill the Single Room and Double Room on behalf of the Landlord.
The property is a 3 bedroom property based in Romford. The property has a Shared Bathroom and Shared Kitchen
You will be staying with a Male Live-In Landlord in his personal home.
The Landlord lives in 1 room. The Double Room and Single Room are available to rent
The property is 15 minute walk to Romford Station 12 minute walk to Queens Hospital.
Me and my wife currently pay £1000 per month for the Double Room and my Sister pays £500 per month for the Single Room. But the Landlord is happy to reduce the monthly rent as below.
Single Room Rent = £450 Including Bills
Single Room Deposit = £450
Double Room Rent = £900 Including Bills
Double Room Deposit = £900
Wi-Fi will be provided for free.
Landlord wants someone won't cook or eat Pork, Beef or Fish inside the property due to religious beliefs and due to the smell.
Smoking won't be allowed within the property.
Boys from outside will not be allowed inside the property without prior permission from the Landlord first.
Landlord requires Lodgers who will keep the Bedrooms, Kitchen and Bathroom clean at all times.
Kitchen and Bathroom must be cleaned always after using.
Landlord will do room inspection on a weekly basis to ensure the rooms are being kept clean & hoovered & to make sure no damage has happened to the bed, furniture or carpets. And to check that no food or drink or stains are on the carpet.
If any damage happens to furniture or carpet then Landlord will deduct this from deposit.
Minimum contract term for Single Room - 4 months
Minimum contract term for Double Room - 6 months
Notice period = 1 month
Deposit refundable after minimum contract stay, not before.
If you decide to leave before the minimum contract term or if you get evicted before the minimum contract term for breaking rules in the contract, then deposit will be non refundable.
You will need to sign a contract.
