Just a 10-minute walk to Romford Station with excellent connections:
• Elizabeth Line – approx. 29 mins to Liverpool Street
• Greater Anglia – approx. 18 mins to Liverpool Street

The house benefits from a south-facing private garden with direct sunlight for most of the day. There is already a pergola with table and chairs, creating a great space to relax.

A high-quality home gym is currently being set up and will include commercial-grade equipment, calisthenics setup, and a dedicated area for stretching, recovery or BJJ — allowing you to train properly without needing a gym membership. Some equipment is already in place, with more coming soon.

Future plans also include an outdoor calisthenics area and sunbeds.
