I am a single mother who has a 6 year old. Mon-Fri we are both at work/school. I dont mind smokers as long as they use the Conservatory. I have a box room available which would suit a student or anyone who just needs a nice warm welcoming place to sleep. I have broadband and plenty of space in the Living room for anyone to study / lounge.
I live 10 mins walking distance from Romford Station. The bus route 86 takes you straight there which takes less than 5 minutes. Or you can take the 86 bus straight to Stratford.
