Very nice double room to let in Romford. Fully refurbished and redecorated house is located in very quiet road 15min walk to Romford station and 10min walk to the shopping centre. Lots of bus connections, including day and night buses. The condition of the whole house is excellent. This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home. New housemate MUST be the same. We want an environment where everybody contributes fairly to keeping the house clean. We are looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the house as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have, rather than somebody looking for a short term hotel! There is central heating, double glazed windows and wooden laminate flooring throughout, a large fully fitted kitchen-diner with table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 bathroom with one other person to share and a large rear garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the house. Fully inclusive of all bills. £550 one month deposit and one month in advance. Only single occupant wanted.
