I am looking for someone who would like to share a nice home who is easy going, friendly and most importantly, reliable with their rent. You will be sharing a house with three others (1 female and 2 males) who are friendly, chatty and all have a great sense of humour who get on very well.

The room is 12ft by 10ft fully furnished and there is space to put your own furniture, if needed and other belongings. You also have internet access via wireless. I have washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc are provided. This house is very clean, very quiet, cosy and warm with double glazed windows and central heating.

Although my partner and I are smokers, we do not smoke inside the house. All smokers will have to smoke outside including Vape or e-cigarette.
