Clean, large, well presented house, with live in landlady. Employed preferred but more important is applicants who are quiet, and will uphold the peace and calm of the current household. Must be able to respect others privacy, and clean up after themselves - if you are not able to keep your living space clean, and share the responsibility of keeping the shared area clean then please do not apply. we enjoy living in a calm space, so if you are into drama this is not the place for you.
