The flat is situated just off of the main road - so it's not too noisy & the neighbours are lovely.

Romford station is 10 mins walk, and it takes approx 25 min to get to Liverpool St.

Landlady is 29, genuine, friendly & nice person with a good sense of humour. Lives with boyfriend who is also a very nice person and very down to earth.

Looking for 1 person - no couples please - that we would get on with - I work in the West End, so a professional would be perfect.

I am quite laid back - so I would be looking for someone who is easy to going, house trained & might fancy the odd glass of wine.
