I have a lovely, light-filled self-contained studio room to let on the side of my house in Eastcote, Ruislip, from around 10th April, possibly sooner.

Walk up the stairs of the main house and turn left. Bedroom area (single bed) with TV, kitchennette and dining area, ensuite shower room with toilet, sink and washing machine. Fully furnished and equipped. Short walk to Tube (Metroplitan and Piccadilly Lines), parks and shops close by. Offstreet parking.

Option to socialise with other female house occupants aged 60, 44 and 25. Pretty well-maintained patio and back garden. Two friendly cats who you can let in or shut out.

£850 a month all inclusive. £200 upfront, non-refundable payment to secure the room, offset against first moth's rent.

Short lets considered along with Monday to Friday.

A professional female who goes out to work and not full-time time work from home preferred.

Room is for single occupancy only. Occasional weekend visitors permitted with permission.
